- Law Firm of Basnight, Creekmore, now Basnight, Kinser, Telfeyan, Leftwich & Nuckolls, P.C., partner, from 1977 to present time.
- Concentration of legal practice on issues dealing with land use, both residential and commercial properties, including, but not limited to, project feasibility, cost studies, site design and layout, financing, environmental issues and regulatory issues and zoning matters. Has been involved in the development of over 5,000 residential lots within Tidewater, Virginia, Chesterfield and Henrico County, Virginia and Currituck County, North Carolina.
